Paint looks to have been competently applied.\u00a0 Chrome parts need chrome.\u00a0 Hood fits pretty good.\u00a0 Not sure what the holes in the bumpers are all about.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Still looks alright.\u00a0 More chrome needing replating.\u00a0 Correct bumper I think.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Note the floor patch and paint applied over the door latch and alignment mechanisms.\u00a0 Not the best.<\/strong>\u00a0 Adjustment seat tracks are on the wrong side.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lot’s of work to do here -but nothing horrible unless these repair patches in the floor were lap-welded over rusty metal.\u00a0 Dash needs to be painted to body color.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I don’t see evidence of patching here, so maybe the car wasn’t very rusty to start.<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/strong>Engine compartment should be body color.\u00a0 <\/strong>Interesting mix of components represented here.\u00a0 Early Spider Normale engine, 101 Veloce intake, hopefully a 750 Normale head with a Veloce fuel pump block-off and some Marelli electronics.\u00a0 Not sure about the distributor.<\/p>\n

<\/strong>Is this car $14,000 worth of better than 05994?\u00a0 Probably, but is 05994 worth nearly $16,000?\u00a0 Ummm, er, possibly.\u00a0 I think the problem is not the value spread so much as from a perception stand point, what amounts to $30,000 is a lot of money, whereas $15,000 isn’t.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
