Giulietta Spider 750D 1495*03571<\/a>, 1315*41225 (originally 43319). <\/strong>This\u00a0 black plate, early 1958 car is on eBay right now<\/a> out of southern California.\u00a0 Original color looks to have been Celeste (light blue), a favorite of many on these early cars.\u00a0 Condition is as good as one could ask for in a starting point project car to fully restore.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>This car reminds me a lot of the subject of Market 120<\/a>.<\/strong> While this is a fantastic starting point restoration candidate -one should be tempted to leave it alone and just make it work for now.<\/strong> Nose bump is very pronounced on this car.\u00a0 Hood fits pretty good.<\/strong> Follow up pictures show some poor repairs in the lower areas of the nose but nothing horrible.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>I wonder if this could wet-sanded to reveal the original paint?\u00a0 Note how well the door fits. Also looks like a period Raydyot\u00a0 race mirror.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Back is pretty good too.\u00a0 Original color is on the dash.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Another nice shut line.\u00a0 Body is pretty good.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Almost looks like the silver is from a rattle can!\u00a0 Trunk is very solid with only some light repairs needed in the extreme corners.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Oops, not the original engine<\/strong> -oh well.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is one of those cars that you wish would fall into your lap and when you get tired of waiting for that to happen you bite the bullet and buy it on eBay.\u00a0 Value?\u00a0 While it is very original and complete it’s needs are not cheap… we’ll see.\u00a0 It has a lot going for it.<\/p>\n
