According to the previous owner, it was in descent running condition at that point having just had the motor rebuilt but as you can see from the photos, the combination of moisture and having become the home for numerous Squirrels caused it to deteriorate to this point.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The good points are as follows:<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0;\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt;font-family:Verdana;\">The body panels above the door sills are in fairly descent shape, showing no evidence of any major crash damage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0;\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt;font-family:Verdana;\">\u00a0Under the hood everything is mostly complete with what appears to be the original motor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0;\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt;font-family:Verdana;\">The hood, trunk lid and doors are in good condition with a minimum of rust.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0;\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt;font-family:Verdana;\">The dash is complete with a real nice steering wheel (only 1 crack in the horn cover) with the gauges, knobs, etc. in good physical shape though I can&#8217;t confirm or guarantee the functionality. The dash itself has a lot of surface rust on the top though.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0;\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt;font-family:Verdana;\">The windshield and frame along with door glass are in good shape with only minor scuffing to the glass of the windshield.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0;\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt;font-family:Verdana;\">There are a lot of items such as the tail lights, trunk emblem, etc. that are in nice shape.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0;\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt;font-family:Verdana;\">I have a clear CT title for this car!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0;\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt;font-family:Verdana;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0;\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt;font-family:Verdana;\">The bad news:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0;\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt;font-family:Verdana;\">Floor pans, trunk deck and rockers are all shot, though there are commercially available panels available!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0;\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt;font-family:Verdana;\">The bumpers are there but badly rusted as are the wheels.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0;\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt;font-family:Verdana;\">The engine is currently seized, though I am working to free it up and will update the listing if I do.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0;\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt;font-family:Verdana;\">The seats, top and carpeting\/mats are all shot!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0;\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt;font-family:Verdana;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0;\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt;font-family:Verdana;\">The unknown:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0;\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt;font-family:Verdana;\">Actual internal condition of the motor, tranny and differential <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0;\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt;font-family:Verdana;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0;\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt;font-family:Verdana;\">Functional condition of electrical components.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/giuliettas.files.wordpress.com\/2008\/12\/3cf9_3.jpeg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1853\" title=\"sad 61 giulietta spider rusty side\" alt=\"sad 61 giulietta spider rusty side\" src=\"http:\/\/giuliettas.files.wordpress.com\/2008\/12\/3cf9_3.jpeg?w=300&#038;resize=300%2C245\" width=\"300\" height=\"245\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/rufushamilton.com\/giuliettas\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/12\/3cf9_3.jpeg?w=800&amp;ssl=1 800w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/rufushamilton.com\/giuliettas\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/12\/3cf9_3.jpeg?resize=300%2C246&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/rufushamilton.com\/giuliettas\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/12\/3cf9_3.jpeg?resize=768%2C629&amp;ssl=1 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><strong>I wonder why the gas tank is falling out&#8230;
