Giulietta Sprint 10124 1493E*23895<\/a>, 00106*01059 & 00102*29231. \u00a0<\/strong>This Sprint Veloce is on eBay<\/a> being offered by Classic Invest<\/a> out of Denver Colorado. \u00a0It is incomplete, but tempting for a guy like me who has boxes of parts and a scruffy Sprint Normal to potentially move a bunch of parts off of. \u00a0This series of Sprint seems to have come with an 00106 Veloce engine, the US version of the early 10106 Sprint Veloce. \u00a0I have 10124 23899<\/a>\u00a0in my picture files, and it has an 00106 engine with 40DCOE’s instead of 40DCO3’s.<\/p>\n

I worked on a car like this, that had been painted at some \u00a0point in the last 10 years and then was stored a lot like this. \u00a0There will be scuffs and scratches to the extent that you may just want to go for it and repaint it now while the painting is easy. \u00a0Grills look alright. \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Center bumper looks a bit tarnished. \u00a0Paint looks decent enough.<\/strong>\"Screen<\/a><\/p>\n

I’m not very excited about this upholstery. \u00a0Someone started to assemble little dash bits to it. \u00a0A lot of what’s seen to be missing here is not that tough to get.\u00a0<\/b>\"Screen<\/a><\/p>\n

Floors look alright. \u00a0 You have to wonder how this California car got to this point then shipped out to a classic dealer. \u00a0How do these dealers get ahold of these cars instead of enthusiasts? \u00a0I would have jumped on this if it was on Craigslist in my area, and probably payed more than it will be bid to here on eBay.<\/strong>\"Screen<\/a><\/p>\n

The infamous tank breather ridge. \u00a0Looks like someone just welded a plate over a rust hole near the battery.<\/strong>\"Screen<\/a> \"DSCN2296\"<\/a><\/p>\n

This is where you’re knowledge of Sprints really helps. \u00a0The really big round-ish trim is for the rear window. \u00a0Not sure what those tail light lenses are about. \u00a0Mostly Sprint parts here.\u00a0<\/strong>\"IMG_20140422_114516_013\"<\/a><\/p>\n

This car wouldn’t have a 40DCO3 set up, so selling these will get you pretty far down the road to buying a lot of parts you do need. \u00a0Sump on this car is a Veloce item. \u00a0Head is the later round galley plug type. \u00a0Valve cover is Normale item.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I spent a good hour looking at this car yesterday. \u00a0Between it, my Sprint and my spare parts, I’d only<\/em>\u00a0come up about $8,000 -10,000 short on parts and end up with a fairly valuable car if put together well. \u00a0That said, I am preferring a boat tail Spider right now…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
