Giulia Spider Veloce 10118*390616<\/a>, 00536*07913 (not original). \u00a0<\/strong>This Spider Veloce is on eBay<\/a> right now out of Princeton NJ. \u00a0The body looks to be in great shape and is described as having been finished to the point of being ready for paint. \u00a0Original color was Black with probably red interior -a stunning combo! \u00a0Biggest drawback I can see is the lack of the original engine. \u00a0The 00121 engines it shares with the Giulia Sprint Speciale’s do come up, but not often and not cheap. \u00a0I know where there is one right now…<\/p>\n

Always a pleasure to behold. \u00a0Stance is per original -not with the modern springs and all that lowers it quite a bit. \u00a0Wheels are Borranis. \u00a0Looks like a good place to start.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Trunk fit is great, lights and all look clean. \u00a0Not sure if this is an original hard top – I don’t think so. \u00a0Door fit is very nice.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Needs a full interior redo. \u00a0Steering wheel looks very good. \u00a0Rear view mirror glass needs re-silvering. \u00a0Seats are originals, just very awkwardly recovered.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hi Everyone I have finally decided to sell my 1965 Alfa Romeo Spyder Veloce\u00a0\u00a0after owning it for over twenty- five years.\u00a0\u00a0At 68 years old I have decided to sell off some of my things and let other enjoy and care for them.\u00a0\u00a0The history of this car as I know it. I had always wanted one of\u00a0\u00a0these 101 cars in my opinion I feel they are stunning beautiful cars that will stand the test of time and continue to go up in value. This car was bought in the eighties. The car had about 30 thousand miles on it. The engine was taken out for rebuild but the Transmission , drive shaft and rear end were never touched.\u00a0\u00a0For some reason\u00a0\u00a0the original engine was lost and so when I bought the car it was missing.<\/p>\n

The following is what has been done to the car since I have had it.<\/p>\n

THIS CAR NEEDS TO BE FINISHED.. THIS A VERY SIMPLE PROJECT<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

BODY:<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0All Body work is done the car is Paint ready. The original color of this car was\u00a0Black<\/i>. Some minor rust in driver side floor and seat tracks as well as trunk floor.<\/p>\n

Repairs were made to these areas with sheet medal and brazing rod.\u00a0\u00a0The\u00a0doors\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>are in perfect original shape with no rust. The doors are complete with window\u00a0\u00a0glass\u00a0\u00a0and regulators, door locks and everything works perfect.\u00a0\u00a0The trunk lid and hood are in like new condition.\u00a0\u00a0The body was sanded then epoxy primed then glazed and straight line sanded and primed again with black primer.\u00a0\u00a0This is a straight solid car not some rusted out barn find.<\/p>\n

Engine, Transmission, Rear End:\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>The engine is a 1966 Duitto freshly rebuilt with the good factory pistons #AE 2927. Liners were rebored and new rings installed, bearing \/ rod and Mains ( see pictures)\u00a0\u00a0This engine has never bee<\/i>n\u00a0started, complete with Weber carb<\/i>s.\u00a0\u00a0This was one fast engine when I purchased it from a Alfa collector from Washington. I decided to do a rebuild, however engine did not need it.\u00a0\u00a0The carbs have not been rebuilt since they ran perfect before .<\/p>\n

The car has its original Transmission and rear in the car.<\/p>\n

Suspension:\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0I have not done anything to the suspension.. Everything seems tight however it does need a set of\u00a0axel straps.<\/i><\/p>\n

Brakes:<\/b>\u00a0Front Disk brakes were completely rebuilt the rotors were cut and brakes were installed with new set of pads.\u00a0\u00a0New rebuilt Brake master cylinder<\/p>\n

The rear brakes were not touched since they looked to be in good condition.<\/p>\n

Gas Tank:<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0The gas tank was removed and cleaned then installed. I did not hook up fuel line. The electric fuel pump that all Veloces had is on the car however not sure if it is original or if is working.\u00a0\u00a0Fuel filler extension with rubber hose and original gas cap are with the car see photo\u2019s .<\/p>\n

Wheels and Hub Caps\u00a0\u00a0and Tires:<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0Five Borrani wheels are included with the car as are the Hub Caps. The tires are Pirelli Cinturodo original fifty year old tires not fit for the road.<\/p>\n

Gauges:\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0All original gauges polished and cleaned and put back in the dash however I did not connect the wires since I thought the new owner would want to take\u00a0\u00a0them out again when completing the car.<\/p>\n

Windshield:\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0The windshield is in very good condition, wiper blade mark that might buff out . Chrome is very good original condition.<\/p>\n

Interior:<\/b>\u00a0The original seats were upholstered using Italian Glove leather as well as the door panels. The seat color is Graphite Grey.\u00a0\u00a0The behind the seat panels were covered in black Vinyl with map pocket.\u00a0\u00a0The car has its original behind the seat black curtain wall to cover the spare tire area fair condition but usable .<\/p>\n

Convertible Top Frame and Top:<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0The original convertible top frame is included but not installed in the car. I also have a\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0BRAND NEW 1965 CONVERTIBLE NOS TOP STILL IN THE ORIGINAL BOX\u00a0\u00a0DATED 1967.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Hard Top:<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0The car comes with original all medal Hard top.\u00a0\u00a0This is a very rare hard top that was made in Turin, Italy only a very few were made. Excellent condition with very good head liner. No rips\u2026..<\/p>\n

Moldings, Emblems, Grill:<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0This car is complete with all emblems and SS trim pieces. The Grill is in excellent original condition. FOG Lights are from the sixties.<\/p>\n

Front and Rear Bumpers:<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0I have a complete set of bumpers for the car however they will need to be chromed. These are not installed.<\/p>\n

THE CAR IS BEING SOLD WITH A BILL OF SALE ONLY<\/b>!\u00a0\u00a0I DO HAVE A CLEAN TITLE FROM ANOTHER PARTS CAR THAT COULD BE USED IN CASE SOME ONE WANTED TO CUT THROUGH ANY RED TAPE.<\/p>\n

This car is being sold as a project car without any warrantees and guarantee\u2019s AS IS AND WHERE IS..<\/p>\n

Note:\u00a0\u00a0This car has not been started since the rebuild. The engine has been set in the car it needs to be adjusted . The new owner will need to pull the engine and put in a new clutch disk, Pressure Plate and Bearing look good. I had a new clutch disk but it was the wrong one. Weber Carbs will need new carb mounts and linkage installed. The car will need a new Exhaust System.
