Update: 11\/27\/13:\u00a0<\/strong>This car is on eBay again<\/a>. \u00a0Someone with a sense of presentation has taken some decent pictures. \u00a0Check it out. \u00a0Still needs a lot. \"SAMSUNG<\/a> \"SAMSUNG<\/a> \"SAMSUNG<\/a> Original post: 8\/30\/2012: Giulietta Sprint 10105 1495*21160<\/a>.<\/strong> This\u00a0Sprint is on eBay<\/a> right now out of Florida. \u00a0It has all the hallmarks of a stalled restoration that got pretty far down the wrong road and the owner, rather than spend more money turning around and getting back on track the owner has decided to cut their losses. \u00a0Wonder if it was a fix-it-up-and-sell-it restoration or someone trying to get a Sprint driver on the cheap-ish? \u00a0Oh, and the starting price is $24,999 – a few bucks on the high side IMHO. \u00a0Don’t get me wrong -these aren’t easy cars to put together -but really. \"\"<\/a> Lets see… sombrero’s? \u00a0No. \u00a0Headlights? \u00a0No -nice try though. \u00a0Turn signal lights? \u00a0Nope. \u00a0Paint doesn’t look too bad.<\/strong> \"\"<\/a> Weird light. \u00a0Hmmm. \u00a0Wheels are Borrani’s. \u00a0Where are the trunk lid features? \u00a0It’s scary work drilling through new paint looking for mounting points!<\/strong> \"\"<\/a> Lots of patches in the trunk. \u00a0Not too unusual in a Sprint. \u00a0Shame it’s so hard to tell how good paint is in pictures.<\/strong> \"\"<\/a> Is it just me or is the heater box in a\u00a0weird\u00a0spot? \u00a0More patches. \u00a0What are the bags for? \u00a0Really -I mean that heater box is above the gas pedal. \u00a0<\/strong> \"\"<\/a> Heh -that dash top is from a 1600 Sprint. \u00a0Gauges, steering wheel and seats look really crispy. \u00a0Hope you get all the window trim.<\/strong> \"\"<\/a> A lot of work to do here. \u00a0All comes apart. \u00a0Tons of overspray to scrape off. \u00a0Lots to replate or paint\/powdercoat. \u00a0Heater pass through is in the right place though. \u00a0Hmmm.<\/strong> \"\"<\/a> By way of positive ID. \u00a0Odd something or other going on with this duct.<\/strong> Not going to sell at the current asking – or even half.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
