Update 11\/26\/12: \u00a0<\/strong>This car has turned up on eBay again<\/a>. \u00a0Still doesn’t look like a bad car, but it is wrong in some key areas that are keeping the price low.<\/p>\n

Update 7\/1\/12:<\/strong> Seems like it should have been bid up higher…<\/p>\n

Giulietta Spider 10103 1495*08586<\/a>.\u00a0 <\/strong>This car is available on eBay<\/a> from Chequered Flag, frequent purveyors of classics.\u00a0 Car is restored to mostly original with some ‘as fits the owner’ condition additions.\u00a0 Mostly good, but with some deviations from stock that beg for a definition of ‘restored’.\u00a0 At least the asking price is not overly inflated.<\/p>\n

In the tradition of red.\u00a0 Body looks pretty good, as does the trim.\u00a0 It’s easy to nit pick a nice car, but easy to forget it’s hard to get one this far.\u00a0 Put that top down already!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Also good from behind.\u00a0 Year of Manufacture plates are nice, but I don’t see a current year tag on them.\u00a0 Trunk lid fits pretty well.\u00a0 For the fiftieth time -I like these tail lights on Spiders the best.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

With correct steering wheels getting uncommon and expensive when found, wheels like this become a good second or possibly third best.\u00a0 Same with the seats.\u00a0 Dash looks great.<\/strong><\/p>\n

These are a pretty good option with original Spider seats having dried up in the used parts supply.\u00a0 You could even make a case that you chose these over original for a little haunch support.\u00a0 Door jambs look very nicely detailed.<\/p>\n

Engine compartment looks a bit sloppy, with big crimp connectors and those ugly blue wires, but none of that is hard to fix up.\u00a0 Good to see the correct 101 1300 head present.\u00a0 Mmm Webers!<\/strong><\/p>\n

The numbers.\u00a0 One is forced to wonder what else is not right if they couldn’t get the build plate fixing screws right.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n
